General shipping information:
Shipping within Germany and the EU is carried out exclusively with our logistics partner DHL & DEUTSCHE POST.
We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. (CET) to 6:00 p.m. (CET)
(except on public holidays).
Personalized items
Personalized items are made by hand especially for you. Therefore, at peak times when choosing the normal shipping route, there may be a delivery period of up to 10 working days.
